Please read the below eligibility criteria for Free Country’s Fiscal Sponsorship:

• Your proposed Program must be organized and operated exclusively for a legitimate charitable objective
• Your Program is not a duplication of government services
• Your Program does not attempt to influence legislation as its primary activity
• Your Program cannot participate in any political campaign activity for or against any political candidate
• Your Program must not be organized or operated for the benefit of private interests
• Reasonable salaries may be paid, but no part of donations to your Program may inure to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual
• Fundraising activities for your Program must be in compliance with fundraising guidelines from the IRS and any federal, state, local laws and regulations that may affect these activities
• Your Program and any/all of its activities must not present unacceptable levels of liability for Free Country, as determined by Free Country’s legal counsel and the Board of Directors
• Your Program and any/all of its activities must fall within Free Country’s insurance coverage
• None of your Program’s activities can provide any child care/day care services
